This article explains how to activate notifications for customers when their shipment status is updated.
Activating Notifications
- Go to Settings, then click “Notifications”
- Enter the name that will appear in the messages
- Click the button to enable shipment status update messages
- Once enabled, 0.30 SAR will be deducted from your wallet balance for each notification sent.
- Click “Save” to apply the changes
